Client Support Manager / Broker Assistant

📍 Newcastle, NSW

We're an established growing boutique finance brokerage based right here in Newcastle, and we're on the lookout for someone friendly, organised, and proactive to join our team. This role is all about supporting our brokers and making the finance process smooth and stress-free for our clients.

Think of it as being the glue that holds everything together — you'll be the go-to person for both our brokers and clients, making sure applications run seamlessly and everyone feels supported along the way.

What you'll be doing:

Helping our brokers with loan and finance applications from start to finish

Keeping in touch with clients and giving them updates (so they're never left in the dark)

Gathering documents and liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other key people

Doing some initial client fact-finding to help us tailor finance solutions

Keeping client records up to date and compliant

Supporting with research on financial products and options

Staying on top of tasks and keeping things moving smoothly

About you:

Organised, with great attention to detail

A strong communicator who enjoys working with people

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems (bonus if you've used finance software or CRMs before)

Previous finance or lending experience is great, but not essential — we care more about attitude and willingness to learn

A genuine team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved

Minimum 1-2 years experience in administration, customer service, or finance-related roles

Full working rights in Australia required
