About the role

This is a part-time Receptionist/Shoe Sales Assistant position at the Active Foot Clinic in Leeton, NSW. As the first point of contact for the clinic, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service/relations, helping manage clinic operations, and assisting customers with finding the right shoe fit and style for their needs.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients/customers in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and managing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the clinic's calendar

Managing and organising shoe stock, assisting customers with shoe fitting and sales

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception/retail area

Supporting the clinic's podiatrist by putting through patient payments and bookings

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a reception/administration or retail role, preferably in the healthcare or footwear industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers of all ages

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office plus ideally practice management and/or retail software

A friendly, professional and empathetic attitude, with a genuine interest in helping people
