Each role is different as to responsiblities you will hold, so the decision is yours - the first position will see you working in the firm's Corporate and Commercial practice group, while the second opportunity will see you joining the Litigation and Commercial Disputes practice - both based in the Melbourne office of one of the world's most accolladed tier-one Law Firms!

Only those with specific Legal PA or Legal Assistant experience gained within a private practice law firm are able to be considered. Your responsisbilities will include but not be limited to:

• Preparing complex legal documentation
• All facets of file management, diary coordination and inbox management
• Client reporting and billing
• Client liaison
• Adhoc administrative duties as required

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience of at least 2 years as a Legal Assistant
• Adaptability and flexible mindset in the workplace
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise independently, and meet tight deadlines
