We’re seeking a friendly and motivated Community Liaison Officer to join our team and help support older Australians living safely and happily at home in the Brisbane Central and Ipswich areas.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in community engagement, healthcare, or aged care. You’ll spend your time out in the community meeting clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local organisations—building connections that help more seniors access the care and support they deserve.
With training and support from our experienced team, you’ll develop the skills to confidently represent Dovida and be a trusted point of contact for our clients.

Who You Are
A warm, approachable person who enjoys connecting with others
Interested in starting or growing a career in community engagement, healthcare, or aged care
Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
Well organized and motivated to deliver excellent service
Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle
What You’ll Do
Research, identify, and build relationships with new referral providers aligned with established goals and your annual networking plan
Conduct engaging one-on-one meetings and group presentations, using tailored materials to educate referral providers about our home care services
Maintain accurate records of all contacts, interactions, and networking activities
Develop and execute an annual networking plan to drive business growth
