About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer (CSO) to become an integral part of our close-knit team for the long term. This is a rare opportunity for someone seeking a stable, permanent part-time role that offers an incredible work-life balance.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our clients receive a seamless and positive experience. This is a true client service and administrative role, perfect for someone who excels in organisation and support, and who is looking for a lasting career as a CSO rather than a pathway to a financial adviser position.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth via phone and email.
Provide high-level administrative support to the financial adviser.
Prepare client review documents, manage paperwork, and ensure all records are meticulously maintained.
Liaise with product providers and other third parties.
Manage general office duties, including at least two days a week in our office.
About You

You must have financial services experience to be considered for this position.
You must have Australian work rights as sponsorship is not available for this position.
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant within the financial services industry.
