About Our Client

Our client is a long-standing Australian manufacturer supplying the construction, building, and water filtration industries locally and overseas. With decades of expertise in producing and blending high-quality cement-based products, they operate a large-scale facility in Brisbane. Their innovative systems, strong distribution network, and technical capability support both domestic and international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
• Running production machinery and batching equipment
• Following production schedules and ensuring quality standards
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and stock movement
• Working collaboratively with a small, close-knit crew
• Maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness

What We’re Looking For:

• Current forklift licence (LF) with proven experience
• Experience with machine operation or batching (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Reliability – essential in a small team environment
• Ability to learn quickly and pick up new tasks with initiative
• Safety-focused and team-oriented mindset

What You’ll Gain:

• Monday to Thursday – 12pm to 10pm
• Friday – 12pm to 6pm
• Saturday – optional 6am to 12pm

• $33.50 per hour + penalties + super – consistent weekly pay
