We are seeking a Sales & Showroom Consultant who enjoys helping customers bring their dream homes and projects to life. In this role, you’ll guide customers through flooring, tile, and window furnishing options while ensuring they receive outstanding service from start to finish.

This is not your average sales role — you’ll be part style guide, part problem solver, and part product expert. Every day brings something new.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming customers into our showroom and providing expert advice
• Answering enquiries in-person, over the phone, and by email
• Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers
• Coordinating with suppliers and installation teams
• Maintaining a visually appealing showroom with up-to-date displays
• Working towards sales targets with the support of a high-performing team

What we’re looking for:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Interest in helping customers renovate or build, with a basic understanding of plans, estimating and maths
• Computer skills (MS Office a must; floor plan training provided)
• Experience in flooring, tiles, or window furnishings (advantageous)
• Team player with a great attitude and strong attention to detail
• Driver’s licence

What’s in it for you:

• Full-time (38 hrs/week) or part-time (30.4 hrs/4 days)
• Rotational Saturdays: 4 hrs at double time
• Overtime above 76 hrs/fortnight at 1.5x, or TOIL option
• Flexibility with days/times (managed fairly)

• Team-based incentives linked to performance
• Salary range: $57k – $75k (dependent on experience) + mobile phone & laptop
