Are you an experienced machine operator looking for an ongoing role with a reputable company? We're seeking two Production / Machine Operators with forklift licence to join our client's team in Toowoomba, QLD, starting ASAP!

About the Role

As a Production / Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for the efficient operation of seed processing machinery. Your key duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring seed cleaning, grading, treating, and packing machinery throughout the processing cycle.
• Setting up and calibrating machines according to seed type and production requirements.
• Performing in-process quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance with specifications.
• Carrying out daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of equipment.
• Recording production data accurately and following all safety and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience operating machinery in an agricultural or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• To be physically fit and capable of manual handling and standing for extended periods.
• To be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A forklift license is essential.

Hours & Pay

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 3 PM (with potential to extend to 4 PM)
• Pay Rate: $33 per hour
