- Building meaningful professional, industry and community partnerships that support and enhance the Faculty’s strategic priorities
- Collaborating with colleagues across disciplines to ensure outstanding outcomes for students and the wider University community
What you will bring
You’re an academic dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership education. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to mentor students and contribute to the growth of your discipline.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- A PhD in a relevant field and registration or eligible to obtain registration with AHPRA or relevant self-regulated authority (e.g. SPA, AASW)
- Demonstrated teaching excellence at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels, with proven success in blended and online learning environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
For the Senior Lecturer (Level C) role, you will also bring:
- Proven leadership in teaching, curriculum design and/or professional practice
- Evidence of recognition in your discipline, demonstrated through publications, collaborations, or professional engagement
While not essential, we’d love it if you had a track record of research and scholarship, evidenced by publications and/or grant activity, and including higher degree research supervision. If you don’t, but still think you would be a great fit, we still encourage you to apply.
