BARISTA/ALL ROUNDER POSITIONS - with above award pay, for strong skilled, confident, experienced candidates with an upbeat attitude to join our happy team. This is a casual position with a minimum requirement of 3 to 5 days. (Hourly rate above award for skilled Barista)

CANDIDATES - We're looking for confidence, speed and consistency. Experience in cafes is a plus. RSA will be required but can be obtained upon commencement. Your own transport and your own housing.

Confidence and communication skills are at the top of our list. We're a counter service venue.

Open and close shifts. Generally 6:30am to 3:30pm. Some weekend availability is required - at least one day

Skilled barista, grind changing and latte art, high volume

Juice and smoothie creation, streamlined process in place for easy learning

Cake handling and general food plating

Money handling

All rounder duties including clearing tables, dishes, running

Multitasking and adapting to changing circumstances during a shift
