Tuff Group Holdings Pty Ltd is a market leader in landscaping, construction, and innovative outdoor solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Management Accountant to join our dynamic team at our Heatherton Head Office.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role within our finance team, responsible for providing insightful financial analysis, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring accurate reporting across our divisions. The successful candidate will be office-based, working closely with senior management and operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts

• Analysis of financial performance across multiple divisions

• Inventory and cost control reporting

• Cash flow analysis and variance reporting

• Supporting strategic planning and business improvement initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies

• Providing financial insights to assist with sales and inventory projections

Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance (CA/CPA desirable)

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role

• Proficient user of NetSuite ERP – essential

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner with both finance and operational teams
