What you’ll do:

• Oversee and coordinate all service activities across a range of industrial and commercial projects
  
  
• Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians
  
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  
  
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and project delivery to meet deadlines and budgets
  
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and company policies
  
  
• Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement within the service division
