The Opportunity
If you’re a Business Services Assistant Manager / Manager in Business Services looking for a role where you can keep progressing this is it.
You’ll work with a talented team and directly across multiple high-performing Partners, giving you exposure to complex advisory projects and high-value clients. From exciting start-ups to well-established middle-market businesses, every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to develop your technical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients including HNWIs, family groups, trusts, partnerships, and companies.
- Review complex financial statements, tax returns, and FBT returns.
- Provide high-level business advisory, tax planning, and compliance reviews.
- Mentor, develop, and lead junior staff.
- Advise on corporate structures, growth, and long-term client strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- CA/CPA qualified (or close to completion).
- 5+ years’ experience in a boutique, mid-tier, or Big 4 accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of corporate structures (trusts, companies, partnerships).
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Commercial, proactive, and motivated to work in a high-performing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or Business (Accounting major preferred).
