About the role

eSafety Supplies is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. This full-time role is responsible for providing generalist HR support and services to our growing business. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key part in supporting our employees and contributing to our positive company culture.

What you'll be doing

Administering employee onboarding, offboarding and other HR processes

Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures

Assisting with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing and reference checks

Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation

Coordinating training and development programs for employees

Promoting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR coordinator role

Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using HR information systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy of employee information
