Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to design winning bid strategies and submissions

Design and produce engaging visuals and client-facing imagery

Coordinate and deliver compelling client presentations and narratives

Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure cohesive, compliant submissions

Support team capability through coaching, skills development and knowledge sharing

Skills & Experience

Minimum 7 years’ experience in architecture, design or construction sectors

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and presentation tools

Strong graphic design and visual communication expertise

Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and coordinate stakeholders

Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
