Kent Hire Pty Ltd is on the lookout for a dedicated Business Support Officer to join our Mackay Team.

The successful applicant will carry out an exciting mix of duties including both inside the office, and outside performing hands on tasks.

Reporting directly to and working closely with the Managing Director, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to competently take responsibility for several business critical functions.

Duties & tasks:

General administration duties

Daily parts run

Parts packing, shipping, and freight

General PA duties such as booking flights and accommodation

Organising employee mine-site inductions

Assist with report writing, marketing, and advertising

Assist with accounts payable & receivable duties

Desirable attributes:

Experience advantageous though not a prerequisite

Exceptional IT skills

Organisational & prioritisation skills

Excellent written & verbal communication

Keen to learn new skills

Positive attitude
