About the Role:

We have extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial projects that involve the design of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel framed structures, and timber structures. We are accessible via all modes of transport with parking options nearby. With a growing project pipeline, we have a position open for an enthusiastic TAFE student (currently studying or recent graduate) who would like to join our team as a structural draftsperson working on exciting projects across Sydney. All training will be provided, and traineeships are supported.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Prepare structural engineering plans and detail drawings for clients using AutoCAD

· Support senior drafters with drafting tasks

· Work closely with engineers to meet project delivery requirements

Skills & qualities:

· Certificate IV in Engineering Drafting (or relevant drafting qualifications)

· 0-5 years drafting experience

· Basic AutoCAD skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work collaboratively on projects

· Interest in residential and commercial buildings (houses, apartments, mixed-use developments)

· Interest in working on the structural side of the engineering & construction industry
