We are seeking experienced AutoCAD Draftspersons to join our growing team full-time to provide accurate and detailed shop drawings. You will be dealing with clients, sites and suppliers on multiple projects to provide jumpform systems across Australia. It is an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is seeking a challenging and varied role.

Role Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' proven experience completing drawings and designs using AutoCAD preferably in the construction industry

Shop drawing/ detail drafting experience viewed favourably

Possess locally recognised tertiary qualifications in Structural Engineering, Engineering Drafting or Computer Aided Drafting

Able to work to tight project deadlines without compromising quality of work

Must be available to work on site regularly

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with experience delivering large projects with minimal supervision

Disciplined and self-motivated

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail with the ability to produce high quality work first time

Demonstrated understanding of structural elements and structural details- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Duties Include

Provide detailed fabrication, assembly and project drawings and documentation for tender, client, yard and site use.

Preparing kit lists and orders

Dealing with Clients, suppliers and Site Technicians
· Report directly to the Drafting Manager
