BCSWA located conveniently near the CBD in Burswood, is looking for a dedicated Building Surveyor to join our supportive and close-knit team.

BCSWA is an established and respected Building Surveying company offering consultancy and certification services across various sectors within the building industry. In this role you will be supported by an experienced building surveyor and admin team.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in our team.

Position Details:

The Position

BCA/NCC compliance assessments for a diverse range of assessments against the relevant State’s building regulations and requirements and delivering the required reports/findings.

Conducting site inspections and preparing compliance reports

Maintain and develop client relationships.

Prepare and issue fee proposals to clients.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

Comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia, the Building Act, Australian Standards.

Level 1 or Level 2 Building Surveyor (as recognised in WA). Registered with DMIRS

Accredited Building Surveyor or degree in Building Surveying.

Current WA "C" Class Driving License.

Competent computer skills.
