About You!

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Behaviour Support Practitioner team on a full-time basis. Ideal candidates should have:

Must be based in Adelaide/Gawler/Hills/Morphett Vale

Allied health degree in psychology, counselling, developmental education, or related fields.

Master's qualification or above preferred.

Extensive experience in human behaviour and working with individuals with disabilities.

Unique personal strengths and qualities that align with our team’s values.

An Australian drivers license and access to a car.

Experience as a BSP is desirable, but not necessary.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

Improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through personalised behaviour support plans.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including families, caregivers, and other allied health professionals.

Utilise assessments such as functional behaviour analysis to inform individualised support plans.

Implement strategies and interventions with a focus on holistic wellbeing and strengths.

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and ethical guidelines.

Remuneration Package:

Base rate of $90,000 - $110,000, plus Super.

Travel reimbursement of $1 per KM.

$6,000 clinical supervision, per year.

$500 professional development, per year.

Potential yearly bonus - Performance based.
