We’re looking for a hands-on Team Leader who can run sites, lift quality, and set the pace on end-of-construction cleans across metro Adelaide.

What you’ll do

Lead a small crew on builder’s cleans, stage cleans & final handover cleans

Set quality benchmarks, allocate tasks and train newer staff

Liaise with builders, site supervisors and stakeholders

Hit safety, compliance and program milestones; complete SWMS/JSAs

Inspect work, fix defects and sign off for handover

About you

3+ years’ construction cleaning (non-negotiable)

Proven team leadership: allocating tasks, coaching, lifting standards

Strong communication with clients & site teams

Organised, detail-driven, reliable; can work autonomously or with a crew

Safety-first mindset and solid compliance habits

Must-haves (don’t apply without these)

Australian working rights

White Card, current National Police Clearance, required PPE

Driver’s licence & reliable transport

Fluent English (spoken & written)

Nice-to-haves

High-risk EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid

Experience with defect lists / builder handovers

Previous residential & commercial new-build experience

Pay & hours

$35-$40 per hour (experience-based) + vehicle for work use, uniform, equipment supplied

Casual shifts; weekday core hours with occasional nights/weekends when needed

Opportunity to move to permanent full time
