Aftermarket Car Care Consultant – Full Time

About the Role

As an Aftermarket Car Care Consultant, you will work closely with our Sales, Finance & Delivery teams to present aftermarket products, vehicle protection solutions, and insurance options to our New & Used car buyers. From window tinting and paint protection, to floor mats, dash cams, and tailored insurance packages – you’ll enhance each customer’s ownership experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Promoting our complete range of vehicle protection products (tint, paint and interior protection, rust protection, dash cams and more).

Offering tailored insurance solutions to protect customers and their vehicles.

Engaging customers to understand their lifestyle and vehicle usage, ensuring packages are matched to their needs.

Supporting customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Working within an energetic team environment where everyone collaborates to achieve both individual and team goals.

Actively liaise with suppliers and internal departments to coordinate timely accessory installation.

Accurately process orders and documentation.

About You:

Must have full working rights in Australia, this is not a working holiday maker position.

Previous experience as an Aftermarket Consultant or in Automotive sales, or Automotive Finance (essential). Industry knowledge required.

Strong sales skills with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Experience in offering or selling insurance products highly regarded.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, organised, and customer focused.

Passionate about the automotive industry and enhancing the ownership journey.

Must have a current Queensland drivers licence
