We're looking for someone to capture MAMA’s in-venue stories and make them engaging and relevant to the public. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and with the support of a Social Media Specialist, you’ll build content that’s as creative as it is strategic, to grow our
audience and drive bookings.

What you’ll bring to the table

A proactive, creative, and motivated mindset with a timely work ethic and social media know-how. You’ll work across multiple venues to produce high-quality photography and videography of story-worthy people, food and beverages.

Key responsibilities and experience:

Proven experience capturing and editing photography and videography (hi-fi and lo-fi) across multiple brands - hospitality preferred.

Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Social Media Specialist on briefs and ideation to bring campaigns to life.

Maintaining brand consistency and visual storytelling across all digital platforms.

Strong creative and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to produce high-resolution, clear audio-visual outcomes.

Experience meeting organic social media KPIs.

Efficient in post-production with the ability to integrate animation when needed.

Self-starter with strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.

Delivering larger scale content projects where required for website, in-venue events and vendor events.

Other responsibilities may include supporting the creation of design assets or marketing collateral, which is advantageous but not essential.
