The Role
We are seeking a Casual Senior Barber with the potential to transition into part-time hours for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their craft, enjoys building client relationships, and thrives in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and cut-throat shaves.

Deliver exceptional customer service and client care.

Establish trust and build strong relationships with clients.

Confidently recommend and sell additional services such as shaves, skin treatments, and facials.

Create and contribute to social media content to showcase shop culture and services.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the barbershop.

Support the team with day-to-day shop operations.

Keep up-to-date with modern styles and trends in men’s grooming.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2–3 years of barbering experience.

Certificate in Barbering/Hairdressing is essential.

Strong skills in fading, scissor work, beard grooming, and cut-throat shaving.

Reliable, professional, and passionate about men’s grooming.

Strong communication skills and ability to upsell treatments with confidence.

Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.

Availability:

Mondays

Wednesdays

Fridays

Saturdays
