About the role

We currently have a vacancy for a talented and experienced Barber to join our team. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a vibrant environment in the heart of the Brisbane CBD.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

Providing high-quality barbering services to our valued clients, including precision haircuts, beard trims, and shaves

Maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the salon

Ensuring all equipment and work areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use

Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the business

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in fades/tapering, scissor and clipper cuts.

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:

A recognised qualification in barbering or hairdressing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

A recognised barbering qualification is specifically required for this position.

Full Australian working rights or permanent residency are essential for this role

Ability to cover early starts, flexibility to take on extra hours , as required

Availability to commence work at 7:30 AM for early start shifts is required.

Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing a superior grooming experience

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in classic and modern barbering techniques

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently

A friendly, professional, and well-presented demeanour
