About the role

We are seeking a talented Senior Hairdresser to join our vibrant and award-winning hair salon, Hair at Central Avenue, located in the beautiful coastal town of Hervey Bay, Queensland. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hairstyling and colouring services to our valued clients, while also contributing to the overall success of our salon.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients

Providing personalised consultations to understand and meet each client's unique hair needs and preferences

Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Mentoring and training junior hairdressers to develop their skills and expertise

Contributing to the overall operations and success of the salon

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Hairdresser or equivalent

Excellent technical skills in cutting, colouring, and styling hair

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a personalized experience

Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a desire to stay ahead of trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and adaptable to work in a casual environment
