About the role

Azure Specialists Home Care Services is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Services Representative to join our team in Burwood, Victoria. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

In this frontline role, you will:

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.

Travel to meet prospective clients and their families, answering queries and guiding them through the sign-up process.

Assist clients with My Aged Care referrals and explain the services we provide.

Represent Azure at community and marketing events.

Support our operations team by ensuring open communication and excellent client engagement.

Maintaining a strong understanding of our services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to clients

Contributing to the overall success of the client services function and the broader organisation

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the aged care or healthcare industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite

A genuine interest in and commitment to the aged care industry and the needs of our clients

Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the role

What we offer

Base salary: $52,000-55,000 per year
