About the Role
The Receivals Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day running of Receivals at our West Swan facility and overseeing the acceptance, processing, and storage of products both locally grown and imported. The role plays a key role in ensuring goods inwards are received as per orders and in line with quality expectations, and requires a high level of mobility, frequent heavy lifting, and an ability to cope with processes requiring concentration and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities include:

Verify that incoming products from suppliers match the order specifications and meet quality standards. Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure system inventory matches physical stock levels.

Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and invoicing issues, including processing errors, in a timely and effective manner.

Champion a strong WHS Culture and provide leadership and motivation to your team to achieve daily targets and quality standards.

Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Operate a forklift to safely unload flower products from delivery trucks and transport them into the warehouse.

Perform general factory and warehouse tasks as required, including cleaning, organising, and assisting with logistics.

Experience & Qualifications required:

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, ideally working in a FMCG Supply Chain environment or Cold-Chain networks.

Experience developing and training staff in best practice processes.

Previous operational warehouse experience, including stock management and stocktaking processes, within a logistics, freight, and delivery services environment.

Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.

Forklift Ticket (LF) with previous experience loading and unloading vehicles.

Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
