The Role
We are seeking a hands-on and reliable team member to join our Seven Hills factory. This role combines machine operation and general factory duties, offering variety and opportunities to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

Set up and operate various machinery, including liquid filling production lines, labelling and printing machines

Adjust machinery to meet production requirements

Monitor, clean, and maintain equipment in line with manufacturer guidelines

Liaise with external service providers when maintenance/repair support is required

General Factory Work

Load and unload pallet trucks using a forklift and reach truck

Receive, check, and store deliveries

Move and organise stock as needed

Palletise goods and assist with stocktakes

Carry out ad hoc factory duties as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience working with production machinery (essential)

Current forklift licence with at least 6 months’ experience

Good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and external service providers

Experience using hand and power tools

Current and valid driver’s licence

Reliable, organised, and proactive attitude

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
