Consolidated Panels & Veneers is a rapidly growing Australian Manufacturing company specialising in Decorative and Veneered Panel Products, including a wide range of Edgings.

We are looking for a Full-time dynamic, self-motivated, reliable, and responsible person to join our Manufacturing Team at our Horsley Park Site.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Production and Operations Managers, the role consists of the following:

• Learning and Operating our Italpresse and OTT Hot-Press flow through veneer press-lines, Costa Panel Sander and other machines.

• Be able to lift heavy items at times repetitively, including manual handling of products

• Driving High reach and counter-balance forklifts

• Join a team of highly driven and capable staff

What we're looking for:

To be considered for this role you will have the following:

• Have own transport

• Ability to Multitask, learn quickly and adapt

• Current Forklift Licence

• Previous Machine Operator experience.

• Minimum 1-2 years of machine operator experience is required.

• Previous Wood Industry Experience preferable but not required.

• Strong Work Ethic, punctual and reliable – ability to be multiskilled.

• Being able to work in a Team environment and being able to work unsupervised.

• Australian work rights are essential for this position.
