The Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent role [ 6am start ]. Due to continuous growth, we are seeking an experienced Machine operator to be an integral part of our manufacturing process.

Your responsibilities may include based on your experience:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and quality checks
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets
• Always follow safety guidelines and report any risks immediately
• Manual Handling – up to 25Kgs

About you

The successful applicant will have proven experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/production environment. As well as:

• Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques or machinery
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting
