The Role
As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration duties, liaising with clients on a regular basis and building long-term relationships. We are looking for a Administration Coordinator who is great with people and has a good experience with administration and ability to organise and manage client portfolios.
This is a Part-time permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement. The role can also be offered as a casual opportunity and hours can be flexible.
Would suit someone with a background in HR, administration management, team leadership, or with excellent client and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing a client profile of roughly 30
- Liaising with clients regularly
- Some employee liaising/management
- Client relationships
- Administration regarding client needs
- Building Allied Health relationships and databases
