Selection Criteria

1. Commitment to Catholic Ethos: Ability to support and embody the Catholic ethos in all duties.

2. Understanding of the Science of Learning and relevant teaching experience.

3. A Sound understanding of numeracy, and it is also desirable that the applicant has current/previous successful experience leading professional development in numeracy.

4. Student Relationships: Ability to develop positive and trusting relationships with students, supporting their engagement, well-being, and regulation.

5. Team Collaboration: Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team with other staff members.

6. Interpersonal and Organisational Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

7. Community Building: Enthusiasm for building community within a Catholic school, in collaboration with staff, parents, and students.

Qualifications

1. Relevant teaching qualification.

2. Formally trained in the Science of Learning (desirable)

3. Additional training in Numeracy (desirable)
