About the Role
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives on the phones, and can step in at the counter when needed. At Newtons, you will be the first point of contact for tradies, landscapers, and DIY customers, making sure they get the right gear at the right time.

What You Will Do

Answer inbound and outbound calls with a friendly, professional approach

Serve walk-in customers at the counter and process orders

Understand customer needs and recommend solutions from our large product range

Keep sales orders accurate and moving quickly

Support the team with admin tasks when required

What We Are Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Experience in sales, customer service, or trade supplies

Ability to stay organised in a busy environment

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Punctual and reliable with a strong commitment to showing up ready for work
