Data Quality Officer

Are you detail-driven with a passion for data integrity and customer care? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading energy provider in Keswick as a Data Quality Officer. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the accuracy of customer and network data, with a strong focus on supporting customers who rely on life support systems.

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of safe and reliable services across the community.

What you'll be doing

• Investigating and resolving customer/property data issues.
• Processing property address updates and corrections using online systems
• Managing life support notifications and maintaining the Life Support Register.
• Linking NMIs to the correct SPID across GIS and Low Voltage Networks.
• Reconciling and cleansing addressing data for National Electricity Market systems.
• Educating and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent data standards and quality.
• Providing excellent customer service for life support enquiries.

What we're looking for

• Industry experience, ideally within an energy retailer or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of life support processes (highly regarded).
• Proven skills in data management and reconciliation with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to resolving data issues.
