About the role:
The HR Business Partner Workforce Management delivers expert advice and high-level support to site leaders, assessing policy, procedures and systems to identify requirements, issues and risks to improve people outcomes and service delivery in line with workforce planning strategies.
The HR Business Partner is accountable and responsible for the recruitment and deployment of leadership, teaching and ancillary staff within their allocated portfolios.
The HR Business Partner contributes to the development and implementation of key P&C policy initiatives and will draw on their expertise to apply relevant government policies, procedures and legislation.
The incumbent will support the development of policies and processes relating to the implementation of the Education Act, new upcoming Enterprise Agreement and implementation of various system strategies which will involve elements of coordinating, formulating, monitoring and evaluating within broad parameters.
Qualifications:
Essential: Nil
Desirable: A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources. Organisational Development or Business Management
Special conditions:
You may need a current driver's licence and be willing to drive
You may be asked to work out of hours You may need to travel within or outside South Australia
You need to achieve mutually agreed performance goals
You must have a current Working with Children Check
You must do Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care training
You must be an Australian resident or provide evidence you have a current work permit.
