The Role:

An experienced Finance Manager is needed to bring structure and accountability to a growing, privately held business with international operations.

The organisation is commercially strong, with a healthy cash position and continued expansion plans but with an operationally underdeveloped finance function. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll lead the function from an operational level.

Key duties include:

- Upskilling & managing the existing team, lifting capability and addressing performance issues

- Improving financial processes & accuracy of the accounting function, being hands on in driving improvements & rolling out to the wider team

- Leading adoption of the ERP system, moving the team away form the current excel heavy practices

- Leading and being responsible for BAU accounting processes including month & year end, budgeting & forecasting and managing the audit process and basic tax processes

About You:

- CA or CPA qualified, with strong financial control and reporting experience

- Demonstrable experience upskilling, performance managing and leading teams

- Comfortable dealing in an environment with unstructured processes & the ability to improve these

- A clear communicator who can set standards and hold others accountable

- Experience in global, complex businesses will be highly regarded
