The Lorian Group is recruiting on behalf of a privately owned commercial and industrial builder with over 30 years in operation. The business has established itself as a specialist in its sector, delivering projects to repeat clients and maintaining a strong pipeline of upcoming work. Known for quality and reliability, they are seeking an Intermediate Contracts Administrator to join their Brisbane team.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, as the Contracts Administrator you will provide support across the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Manage project financials
• Assist with issuing tender packages, assessing quotes, negotiating with subcontractors/suppliers, and awarding contracts
• Handling RFIs, variations, extensions of time, and documentation control
• Preparing project reports, liaising with the Site Team, subcontractors, and ensuring stakeholders are updated

The role is based in Brisbane, with the initial project being a long-term, well-resourced regional development. The majority of the delivery team will operate from Brisbane, offering both stability and ongoing collaboration.

What you will need to succeed

• 2-5 years' experience in a Contracts Administrator role
• Solid understanding of procurement and subcontractor processes
• Experience with Procore or Breadcrumb will be advantageous
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and communicate clearly with internal and external teams
• A relevant tertiary qualification in construction or a related field
