Jaymak Adelaide is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hygiene Service Technician to perform hygiene and equipment cleaning services across a variety of commercial sites including:

Hotels & hospitality venues

Hospitals & aged care facilities

Food manufacturing facilities

Key duties:

Clean and sanitise equipment and environments to ISO22000-certified standards

Conduct mould and bacterial contamination control (e.g. in cool rooms, fridges, ice machines, dishwashers)

Perform detailed kitchen deep cleaning and sanitisation

Follow all safety and hygiene protocols meticulously

What We’re Looking For

No prior experience is required — full on-the-job training is provided.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A neat and professional presentation

Strong reliability and a flexible attitude

Ability to work independently and in a team

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working at heights

A full Manual, valid driver’s licence (required)

Full COVID-19 and flu vaccination status (required)

Clean Police Check (required)

The following certifications are highly regarded but not essential (training can be provided):
White Card (OH&S) | Elevated Work Platform Licence | Food Handler’s Certificate
