We are seeking a reliable and experienced asphalt labourer/operator to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. We work 40-60 hours per week and occasionally work night shift.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience in commercial road construction, car parks, or residential driveways with a good understanding of safe asphalting operations.

While you bring your expertise, we also offer opportunities for further training to expand your skills and advanced your career.

Essential requirements:

Valid driver's licence

Construction Induction (White Card)

Handling asphalt correctly - Shoveling and Raking

Desirable skills:

VOC's for asphalt paving equipment including Paver, Loader, Roller. (Training available)

MR Heavy Vehicle licence (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
