Our client is a well-established & progressive Workplace Rehabilitation Provider in Sydney. This organisation provides a comprehensive & innovative suite of Workplace Health services. Opportunity for a Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join the Sydney CBD team is on offer.

The Job

• Proactively manage a caseload of people who have sustained a workplace injury
• Focus on engaging your clients & working with all stakeholders to achieve safe, timely & durable RTW
• Attend Case Conferences, liaise with stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• Mental health training, fitness for work assessments, EAP & Psychological Workplace Assessments (in line with discipline)
• Deliver a Wellbeing Program for Police - a holistic program providing support to Police after medically retiring. Assist with general psychosocial functioning, ADLs, exercise & other areas with the goal of returning to other employment
• Relationship management – develop robust internal & external relationships
• Provide training & coaching to other team members (for Senior Consultants), if of interest

The Benefits

• Salary of $85-115K + Super, in line with experience

The Perfect Candidate

• ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor or AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Provisional or Full)
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, Clinical candidates & motivated graduates warmly welcome to apply!
• Passionate about having a positive impact in the Workplace Health space
• A bright & enthusiastic approach, willing to share your knowledge with others
• Driver's licence
