Your Role:

As a Loan Support Specialist, you’ll:

Assess and Structure Applications: Review client information, analyze documentation, and prepare strong loan submissions.

Client Support: Act as a point of contact for loan enquiries, whether online, over the phone, or in person.

Broker Assistance: Work closely with our brokers, providing day-to-day administrative and lending support.

Smooth Operations: Collaborate with the team to ensure clients enjoy a seamless lending experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For...

We’re seeking someone who:

Has 2–3 years of proven experience in the banking or mortgage broking industry.

Communicates clearly and confidently with both clients and team members.

Brings strong numerical and analytical skills.

Is confident with Excel, MS Office, and CRM systems.

Is a team player who contributes to morale and supports colleagues when needed.
