The Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Leading Hand Electrician to join our Projects division. This hands on leadership role will see you managing a team of electricians and apprentices while delivering high quality installations and repairs on time and within budget. You’ll liaise directly with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate electrical works on multiple different projects.

Supervise electricians and apprentices, offering guidance and mentoring.

Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications.

Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within allocated budget.

Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to high standards.

Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting as required.

Maintain compliance with current codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Assist with job quoting and time/cost estimations as needed.

Requirements:

QLD Electrical Licence

Manual Drivers Licence

White Card

CPR/LVR

W@H & EWP

Able to pass a police check
