The Role

We are seeking qualified and experienced Electricians who can run projects in the following areas:

Commercial

Industrial

Multi-Residential

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is ready to take the next step in their career, managing and delivering electrical projects from start to finish. You'll be working in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of electrical projects

Coordinate with clients, builders, and trades

Supervise team members and apprentices

Manage materials, and site safety

Ensure work is completed to code and on time

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current QLD Electrical Workers License

A valid Driver’s License

Proven experience leading medium to large commercial projects

Experience with multi-residential electrical works, including deck wiring and block walls will be highly regarded

Hands-on knowledge of underground cabling and pit installations

High level of detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and schedules

A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client interaction and onsite meetings

A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to uplift and guide other electricians and apprentices

We’re also hiring skilled, qualified electricians to work under the guidance of project leaders. Perfect for those who want to focus on hands-on work without the added responsibility of running jobs.

Carry out installations and maintenance

Work as part of a team on commercial, and multi-residential sites

Follow plans and instructions from Leading Hands & Project Managers

Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current QLD Electrical Workers License

A valid Driver’s License

Reliable and hard-working

Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

Willingness to work in a team environment
