👀 Who We’re Looking For

We're currently hiring for two separate roles:

🔹 Day Support Workers

We're looking for engaging, proactive people with:

Availability across at least 3 weekdays

Occasional weekend availability

Experience supporting behaviourally complex clients or those with confidence and the want to learn!

A love for challenge, creativity and connection

A passion for working closely with young adults to build life skills

A passion to support our clients in a range of 1:1 and group programs such as horse riding, circus classes, cooking, outdoor ed, domestic skills and more!

🔹 Overnight Support Crew 🌙This is a separate role, perfect for students or those with a day job. You’ll:

Sleep overnight on shift in a calm, structured setting

Provide low-key support before bed and in the morning

Work as part of a consistent overnight team

Both roles involve personal care for female clients.
In line with client preferences and care requirements, we are seeking female support workers (exemption under discrimination law applies).

🧰 What You’ll Need:

Police Check (or receipt of application)

WWVP Card (or receipt of application)

First Aid Certificate and CPR

Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
