We’re currently looking for caring, professional, and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide support in Canberra. If you thrive on meaningful work and want to be part of a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Providing day-to-day support, including personal care, meal prep, household tasks, and medication administration

● Supporting clients to achieve their goals and increase their independence

● Building trusted relationships and providing emotional support and companionship

● Assisting with community participation through social outings, appointments, and recreational activities

● Working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and other support staff

● Following behaviour support plans and promoting positive behaviour strategies

About You:

● Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification (or working towards it)

● Experience working in similar environments (desirable but not essential, as training is provided)

● Compassionate, calm and reliable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Willingness to support individuals with disability (including children) is highly regarded

● Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and weekends

● WWVP Card (Working with Vulnerable People), First Aid and CPR and a valid driver’s licence

● Entitlement to work in Australia
