Maintenance Planner / Reliability Engineer

Location: Warwick Farm, NSW

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: $110K - $115K + Super

A well-established global manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join its team at a facility located near Warwick Farm, NSW.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to planning, scheduling and maintenance within a high-paced manufacturing environment. The role provides a high level of autonomy and the ability to make a tangible impact on plant performance and efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be esponsible for planning and scheduling all preventative, predictive, and scheduled maintenance activities to ensure the smooth and safe operation of all plant equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule preventative, predictive, and project-related maintenance work plans.
• Coordinate internal maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Maintain equipment data and work orders with CMMS and SAP.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including procurement and supplier engagement.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and technical specialists on plant improvement and maintenance projects.
• Provide second-in-command (2IC) support to the Engineering Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a maintenance planning or reliability role within a manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG environment.
• Trade qualification in mechanical or electrical maintenance
• Project management experience, with the ability to lead or coordinate small teams.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in the use of CMMS systems (SAP experience highly regarded).
