About the Role

As a Consultant at Maica, you’ll:

Lead client engagements, from scoping through to delivery.

Translate client needs into business and technology solutions.

Leverage Salesforce (and other platforms) to design impactful outcomes.

Work closely with our team to bring fresh ideas, proactive problem-solving, and structured thinking to each project.

What We’re Looking For

2+ Consulting experience (Salesforce preferred, but not essential).

Strong client-facing skills — you’re confident in workshops, presentations, and building trusted relationships.

Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple engagements.

Based in Melbourne with the right to work in Australia.
