Plus Studio | Full-time | Support across ANZ

We’re Plus Studio - an award-winning architecture and design practice with 11 studios across Australia and New Zealand. Our culture is all about collaboration, innovation, and wellbeing.

The Role

You’ll provide hands-on and remote L1/L2 technical support across our studios, ensuring our teams can design, create, and deliver seamlessly.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking & cloud tools (M365 / Azure)

Onboard users, maintain devices, accounts & permissions

Escalate complex issues, document fixes, contribute to IT knowledge base

Work with colleagues across multiple locations & time zones

About You

Proven experience in IT support

Strong Windows, Office, AD, VPN, and basic networking skills

Great communicator, problem-solver, customer-focused

Bonus: exposure to IT service desk tools, cloud services, and multi-site support
