Qualifications & experience

At least 2 years of experience in garden maintenance or landscaping

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work

Physically fit and healthy with a strong work ethic

Valid driver's license

Studying or completed a recognised course in Horticulture (beneficial)

Tasks & responsibilities

Mowing, hedging, pruning, weeding

Pest identification and treatment

Implementing fertiliser programs

Planting and soft landscaping

Collaborating with team members and leading crews as needed

Ensuring high quality work and client satisfaction
